Monserrat moves to the top at Mirifice

Keith Monserrat has been appointed by Mirifice Ltd as CEO.
Originally joining as a non-executive Director in March, this move comes as
the UK based digital TV services and products company has reorganized and
expanded with the acquisition of new clients and rapid growth.
Monserrat has had a wide-ranging career in both telecommunications and new media. His latest role was with Virgin Media as Group Managing Director for Strategy, Communications and Policy. Other senior executive roles include such companies as Thus PLC, Sigma Technology and Kingston Communications.

MiriATE® provides manufacturers and broadcasters with a modular, scalable solution for the automated testing of set-top boxes (STBs).
By controlling the behaviour, inputs and environment of the STB, and at the same time measuring the box outputs, MiriATE® provides automated testing which enables quick fault analysis.

Mirifice, Amino and Comstar team up to improve IPTV
broadcast Quality of Service

Comstar for enhanced viewer feedback.
Mirifice Ltd has signed an agreement with Comstar, Russia’s
largest broadband and IPTV operator, to deliver the Mirifice MiriMON® product
on to the population of Comstar boxes.
Amino, the supplier of Set Top Boxes, works closely with Mirifice and had no
hesitation in recommending Mirifice products to Comstar.

of former Amstrad CEO David Rogers as Chairman.
This move comes as the UK based digital TV services and products company
seeks to develop its product line and expand the growth of its international
business.
Rogers, who has already joined the Board, will focus on developing this
growth strategy for the next phase of the company development.
